Antonio Gómez-Rubio

Antonio, born in Mexico, is a bachelor of Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Cruz. Antonio has worked for different film projects since the summer of 1999, within different departments; among them, sound recording, production, miniatures, special effects (mechanic and visual).

Among his job included are “The Aviator”, “League of Extraordinary Gentlemen”, “End of Days”, “Chronicles of Riddik” and some commercials for the Discovery Channel HD.

He worked for a year and a half for the media department of the University, recording video and sound for long distance education classes, presentations, seminars and special events.

Apart from his knowledge of the equipment, Antonio brings his always positive energy and his knowledge and creativity within different forms of art like juggling, fire dancing, and acrobatics.
